At EMMIOL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of the delivery date provided they are in original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your EMMIOL account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are unworn and unwashed.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
